Microsoft is right. HP is wrong. Again!

Funny thing happened this week in the tech press. On Thursday, the Inquirer printed a story with the headline, "Touch Screen Is the Future of Computing, Says Microsoft." The very next day, Vnunet.com published another story headlined "Touch Screens Are Not the Future of Computing, Says HP." Microsoft is right. HP is wrong. Again.

Hi Mike;

Some thoughts about the near future ubiquitous touch screen...

There are only a few links left between our hands and full immersive sensual cyberspace.

Clearly, the mouse and keyboard are about to be assimilated by touch screens. Sky diving costs and increasing value dictate it.

Monitors, the last membrane between us and cyberspace, are the next to dissolve. And with every one, the touch screen.

Thought recognition, (computing that translates thoughts into a real or virtual world action) is here and advancing fashionably below the radar.
