Customizable Soda Hits
A company called Ipifini has come up with an idea for a CUSTOMIZABLE SODA. The bottle is filled with carbonated sugar water. Several buttons on the bottle, when pressed by the consumer, release flavors, fragrances or colors -- up to 32 possible soda choices in a single bottle.

well than, have you heard of GoogleGulp?
Sounds like one of those, "in the future" ideas, and by that i mean, we could probably do it now but it would make a bottle of the stuff cost 10 bucks.
For this and other great ideas see Jeff Noon's book of short stories "Pixel Juice" It has a short where a soft drink had a twistable cap that controlled the flavours and colours, when the narrator is an adult he catches up with a friend who has spent his life trying to make the perfect drink using the soda. A great story.
interesting idea - could be extended to adding artificial sweeteners too (people are pretty picky about those). trouble area might be having to mix in the additives in a carbonated drink or jokers messing with your drink when you aren't looking.
In all honesty, if you're in a situation where there's a risk that people are tampering with your drink when you're not looking, then you probably should be watching it or not drinking it.
It appears that you guys missed the boat I viewed a new product your choice flavor caps these guys have nailed the flavor distribution problem http://www.yourchoiceflavorcaps.com/
