California Traffic Tickets Outsourced to Mexico

An annonymous caller to an AM radio station revealed this week that the Orange County Superior Court outsources traffic tickets to a company that PROCESSES THEM IN MEXICO, where Mexican workers have complete access to identity and other personal information. The majority of identity theft in the United States is done to facilitate illegal immigration from Mexico.
