D.C. Sat Pics Blurry, so Google Adds Old Ones

Google got some sharp new satellite photos from the government in June to use in its Google Maps site. Trouble is, potential Washington, D.C., terrorist targets like the White House, the Capitol Building and others were blurred out for national security reasons. Google then came up with a work-around, and SPLICED IN SECTIONS OF THE OLD SATELLITE PHOTOS -- which are lower resolution but not blurred out -- in place of the government's blurred images.
