It is the GM Electric Networked Vehicle, or EN-V concept car, GM's "automobile solution" for the future, unveiled in Shanghai Wednesday.
While it looks like a self-propelled motorcycle helmet, it is actually the Segway/GM EN-V project vehicle, a two-wheeled, two person super-sized Segway personal transport.
