While it looks like a self-propelled motorcycle helmet, it is actually the Segway/GM EN-V project vehicle, a two-wheeled, two person super-sized Segway personal transport.

It's a two person personal vehicle called EN-V made by GM. They're networked and use dynamic stabilization similar to a Segway.

Brought out by General Motors the EN-V which stands for Electric Networked-Vehicle.

GM will be showing off futuristic concept vehicles at the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai.

The EN-V was a collaborative effort between, General Motors, Segway, and Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp.

It's the Jiao, or Pride, the European concept version of the Electric Networked Vehicle, or EN-V. One of three from GM, working with electric-scooter maker Segway, that go on display May 1 at the World Expo in Shanghai.
