Could this have something to do with the work of Zhong Lin Wang (and others I'm sure) in creating clothing which generates electricity through movement?
My first guess was a girl that needs to eat a sandwich. Upon second glance, it appears that the girl is wearing shoes that generate the power to run the wearable electronic device she has around her neck (maybe a music maker?)
